• Agricultural land can only be purchased by farmers or only who has R.T.C katha
  Ans :- In A.P. There are no restrictions any one can be who is Indian
• When will the registration be done ?
  Ans :- Immediately at any time

REGARDING LAND

• What is the extent of layout ?
  Ans :- 50 Acres
• Is the title clear ?
  Ans :- Yes, we have purchased this land through laywer after due diligence everything is very clear title land.
• Can we see the land papers ?
  Ans :- Definitely our marketing manager will give you personally.

SANDAL WOOD

• Some people say returns wil comel only after 20/25 years ?
  Ans :- This is scientific management, returns will come in 12years itself. In forest plantation it will take 25 years. (Because sandalwood is a parasite it requires different host plants for its healthy growth, in forest which is not possible)
• What is the proof ? Has anyone done ?
  Ans :- Yes, Government of Australia has done practical research for 15 years successfully with the help of indian scientists. After which many companys in Australia are doing SW plantation since 1999. Here in India rich people are doing since 2002.
• Sandalwood has some Government restrictions ?
  Ans :- Restrictions have been lifted since 2002, now Government is encouraging to grow sandalwood.
• Who will buy this product ?
  Ans :- Government itself is ready to buy as it is purchasing now from other states. And this can be sold through Govt. Auction Centers. International/National perfumes companies will buy.
• How many plants will come in 1 Acre plot ?
  Ans :- 225 plants of Sandal Wood + 225 plants of Amla as host plant for life + 225 plants of 3 years Host Plants (Other Forest Plant)
• Amla will give some revenue who will take ?
  Ans :- It will give limited reveue as it is a host of Sandalwood, after 5 years that will be used for additional security which is required after 5/6 years.
• Can we construct a farm house in this ? Or can you do for us ?
  Ans :- Yes, we can do on cost basis with the panchyath permissions.
• How much will it cost for panchyat permission ?
  Ans :- Rs.10, 000/-only.
• Who will do all this work ?
  Ans :- We will do on your behalf.
• Can we do insurance for Sandalwood plantation ?
  Ans :- Yes after 5/6 years.

Plantation Management and Maintenance

• What is the maintenance cost ?
  Ans :- Monthly Maintenance cost is Rs.100 for 10,900 sq.ft plot for watchman.
  Payable once in a year in advance
• who will do the maintenance of the plantation ?
  Ans :- Management is done by the company
